1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Nixon Creative Studios website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are enrolling a minor (under 18) in our programs, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and agree to these terms on their behalf.

Nixon Creative Studios provides creative education programs for young people ages 8–18, including:




Free Creative Expression Workshops
Creative Bootcamp (Level 1)
Book-Building Academy (Level 2)
Creative Studio Launch (Level 3, scholarship-based)
Programs are delivered virtually via Zoom and, where available, in person in Las Vegas, Nevada.
3. Enrollment and Eligibility
Our programs are designed for students ages 8–18. Enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling your child, you confirm that:




The information provided during registration is accurate and complete
You are the parent or legal guardian of the student being enrolled
The student meets the age requirements for the selected program
You consent to your child's participation in virtual or in-person sessions
4. Payments and Refunds
Program fees are listed on our website and are due at the time of enrollment. Payment is required to secure your child's spot in a program.



Refund Policy: Full refunds are available if requested at least 7 days before the program start date. After the program begins, refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Sponsored Students: Sponsorships cover the full cost of a child's enrollment, including instruction, staff, materials, and publishing. Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once a student has been matched and enrolled.
Free Workshops: Free workshops require registration but no payment.
5. Sponsorships
Sponsorships allow businesses and individuals to pay for a child's course enrollment on their behalf. Sponsorship funds cover the full cost of enrollment, including instruction, staff time, materials, mentorship, and publishing where applicable.
Sponsors may receive updates on their sponsored student's progress. Sponsorship contributions are not tax-deductible.
6. Student Work and Intellectual Property
Students retain full ownership of all creative works they produce during our programs, including written stories, illustrations, and published books. Nixon Creative Studios may request permission to feature student work (with parent/guardian consent) in promotional materials, social media, or on our website.
All Nixon Creative Studios branding, website content, curriculum, and program materials are the intellectual property of Nixon Creative Studios and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
7. Code of Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and encouraging creative environment. All participants (students and parents) are expected to:





Treat all students, mentors, and staff with respect
Refrain from bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior
Follow instructions and guidelines provided by program mentors
Maintain appropriate behavior during virtual and in-person sessions
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
Nixon Creative Studios reserves the right to remove any participant who violates the code of conduct, without refund.
8. Virtual Program Requirements
For virtual programs delivered via Zoom, participants are responsible for:




Having a reliable internet connection
Access to a computer, tablet, or device with camera and microphone
A quiet, appropriate learning environment
Parental supervision for students under 13 during virtual sessions
9. Safety and Supervision
The safety of our students is our highest priority. All sessions are led by vetted mentors. Virtual sessions may be recorded for quality and safety purposes. Parents and guardians are welcome to observe sessions at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nixon Creative Studios provides educational programs and creative mentorship. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, publication results, or career advancement. Our programs are designed to build skills, confidence, and creative ability, but individual results may vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nixon Creative Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our website.

We reserve the right to modify program schedules, content, pricing, or format at any time. Enrolled students and their families will be notified of any significant changes in advance. If a program is cancelled by Nixon Creative Studios, enrolled students will receive a full refund.
