work. Schools teach grammar and essays, but they don't teach kids how to write a book, design a cover,
or hold their published story in their hands.

mentorship, and creative community they need to go from dreaming about writing — to actually doing

Meet Your Guide: Rev. Nixon Mwangi
Rev. Nixon Mwangi is an author, educator, and creative mentor who has spent over a decade helping young people discover the power of their own stories. As the founder of Nixon Creative Studios, he created a step-by-step system that takes kids from "I have an idea" to "I published my book."
His approach blends creative writing, visual storytelling, and real-world publishing — all in a faith-positive, encouraging environment where every young voice matters.
